No. When you pay the deposit through Paypal you are taken over to their website to complete the transaction. Paypal does not disclose you credit/debit details to us.
We do not store credit/debit card details in our database.
We never ask students to submit credit/debit card details by email.
First, you need to fill in our online registration form, then pay the security deposit through Paypal.
When this is done, Paypal will notify us.
We will then send you an auto-generated email. The email will explain how to upload your photo.
If you take your photo with a smartphone, then you will need to import your photo into a laptop or an office computer, and use image editing software to edit your photo down to the correct horizontal and vertical dimensions. Keep in mind that smartphone cameras produce huge photos that are unsuitable for uploading without first processing them through photo editing software. The ideal width is 300 pixels; the height should 316 pixels; and file size should be reduced down to fall within the range of between 20Kb to 200Kb, before uploading it to our database.
The reason for these requirements is so that your photo will fit into the box on both the Registration Form and the Security Form and not take up too much space in our database. Your photo is required for identification and security purposes.
You may use any photo editing application that you are familiar with. We suggest Paint.Net, available from the Microsoft Store, because it is cheap and easy to use.
If you are unable to upload your photo watch this tutorial video on Youtube. It shows you how to create a passport sized photo. It gives step-by-step instructions using Paint.Net. Click on the full screen icon on the video and click on the settings cogwheel icon and bring the video resolution up to the highest possible in order to see the video clearly, then turn up the volume.
If you can't upload your photo after watching the video carefully several times, send us an email.
