Long Term Summer Residency

If you wish to come and stay in Kerry for a longer period of time then we have just the offer for you.

Included in the price outlined below would be:

your very own bedroom with a queen size bed
en-suite bathroom
a shared living/dining room with three other house mates
with complimentary parking

Apartments are ideal for people working in the area during the very busy summer season of Tralee and its surrounding areas or people who wish to spent time in the South West of Ireland.

Please note availability is valid from 1st June 2019 – 16th August 2019.

Requirements

A fully completed application form
A fully completed guarantor form
A fully completed security form
Two passport photos: attach where prompt to on forms
A €250.00 deposit

NB – the outlined rates are inclusive of rent and utility payments for single occupancy rooms in a shared apartment of four people. Utility charges include unlimited WiFi access, refuse collection and TV licence.

Rates

Summer Residency Deposit €250.00

Rent Payment One 1st June 2019 – 5th July 2019 €460.00

Rent Payment Two 6th July 2019 – 16th August 2019 €552.00

€92.00 per week to be paid in two installments.

The payments must be paid in full prior to the dates outlined. Electricity charges are separate.

Forms

All forms must be completed in full with passport photos attached where required. Please return forms in person or via post to Managers Office, Block D, Kings Court Apartments, Manor West, Tralee, Co Kerry.
