Where is Kings Court Situated?

Kings Court is situated in Manor West next to Manor West Retail Park, where you will find such shops as: Tesco, Debenhams, Next, Top Shop, TK Maxx, Sam Mc Cauley’s, Harvey Norman, Curry’s, Mc Donald’s, Subway and Burger King.
Both Aldi and Lidl stores are within walking distance from Kings Court Apartments.

What is the distance from Kings Court to IT Tralee Campuses?

I.T. Tralee South Campus is within a 10 minute walk.

I.T. Tralee North Campus is a 30 minute walk from Kings Court Apartments. ( 5 minute drive )

A regular shuttle bus service from Kings Court Apartments to both Campuses throughout the day.

What methods of payment are accepted in Kings Court Apartments?

The following method of payments are accepted:

  • Cash – Accepted in person only
  • Cheque –  ‘Made payable to The Rookery Management Company’
  • Debit Card

How are rooms and apartments allocated?

All first year students are allocated rooms together with 4 students per apartment. Allocation is also done by course choice; we believe that students sharing accommodation and studying the same course adapt more easily to their new environment during their first year in student accommodation away from home.

Is bed linen provided?

Bedlinen, duvets and pillows are NOT provided. Each bed in Kings Court is a small double bed (6ft long and 4ft wide).

How do I pay rent in Kings Court?

Rent and utility is paid in two installments throughout the Academic year (see pricing structure on the Apartment Rates page.). The first installment is due on or before the day of arrival to check-in. This amount can be paid by debit/credit card, cheque or cash at reception.

Rent and utility payments can also be made in advance of arrival by telephone/email or at Kings Court reception.

We request that all cheque payments are made out to: ‘The Rookery Management Company’.
